Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms provide a general basis for use of the website and our services. Specific quotations, order forms or service agreements may contain additional or different terms.

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and services of Rayborne Ventures L.L.C. A quotation, order form or separate agreement may contain different terms; where they conflict, the specific written agreement takes precedence.

2. Website information and requests

Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty or professional advice. A contact request or call does not create an agreement. Rates, scope, start-up, duration and cancellation terms shall not become binding until they have been confirmed in writing.

3. Services and cooperation

Our services may include Google Business Profile optimisation, visibility, review management, content, reporting, and for hospitality, a collaboration around ordering pages. You must provide accurate information, required access and the necessary rights in a timely manner. You remain responsible for your company data, legal obligations, customer communication, products, prices, payments and for choices you make based on our services.

4. Third parties

Services may depend on third-party platforms and suppliers, including Google, payment providers, hosting and eesy-o. Their conditions and availability apply. Rayborne is not responsible for changes, failures, refusals, accounts, policy decisions or the results produced by such third parties.

5. Results and reviews

Search results, visibility, sales, orders and reviews depend on market, location, competition, platform rules and your cooperation. We therefore do not guarantee any ranking, turnover, number of leads or other commercial result. You use review and marketing resources only in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.

6. Compensation and payment

Fees, taxes and payment terms are included in the agreed quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted amounts exclude taxes and third-party charges. In case of late payment, we may suspend our services to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. After full payment you will receive the agreed rights of use for specific materials delivered to you. You guarantee that material you deliver can be used lawfully.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and up to the amount you paid for the service in question in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, data loss or damage by third party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Termination

You can terminate an agreement according to the terms and conditions contained therein. After termination, outstanding amounts remain payable. Where appropriate, we will reasonably assist with transferring your own accounts and materials.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Wyoming, subject to mandatory law. Questions: hello@rayborneventures.com.
