Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains in plain language how Rayborne Ventures L.L.C. processes personal data via rayborneventures.com.

Who is responsible?

Rayborne Ventures L.L.C., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller. For privacy questions you can email hello@rayborneventures.com. For hospitality-related enquiries, Rayborne and eesy-o may receive the information needed to process your request.

What data do we process?

When you fill out a form or contact us, we can process your name, email address, telephone number, company name, municipality or region, website, Google Maps profile, desired application and message.

If you consent to analytical cookies, Google Analytics 4 processes limited usage data such as page visits, date and time, referral source, device type, browser, general region and button interactions. We deliberately do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text content to Google Analytics.

If you consent to marketing cookies, the Google Ads tag, Meta pixel and OpenAI Ads pixel can process data about your visit and interaction with the website to attribute visits and conversions to advertising campaigns. We therefore keep limited campaign data, such as UTM parameters, first landing page, referring page and any ad-click ID, and give them to LeadConnector/GoHighLevel when you send the form. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text content to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta or the OpenAI Ads pixel via our website code.

Why do we process data, and on what legal basis?

Forms and service providers

Forms can be technically processed by FormSubmit or by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, depending on the form you use. Hosting and security are carried out through Cloudflare. Google Analytics 4 is managed via Google Tag Manager and is not loaded until you allow analytical cookies. Google Tag Manager does not place analytical cookies itself. The Meta pixel is loaded directly via Meta and the OpenAI Ads pixel directly via OpenAI, only after you allow marketing cookies.

We only share data with service providers required for hosting, forms, communication, security, analysis or business operations. These providers can process data outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, such transfers shall rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protection measures.

Storage periods

We keep contact requests for as long as necessary for follow-up and administration, usually up to 24 months when no customer relationship arises. Contract, invoice and tax data are retained as long as required by law. Analytical data are stored in Google Analytics 4 according to the configured retention period; separate analytical cookies can last up to two years unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time via . Withdrawal does not affect processing that has been lawful for that purpose.

Please contact us by email to exercise your rights. If you are in the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority, such as the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security and children

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. The website is aimed at companies and not children. Do not send data from minors without valid legal consent.

Amendments

We can adapt this policy when our processing, suppliers or legislation changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
